"Helpful support, but slower than I expected"
I reached out to support because one of my tasks wasn’t syncing properly. To be fair, they did get back to me and eventually fixed the issue, but I was expecting the response and resolution to be a bit faster. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just a little slower than I had hoped

"Pretty decent for tracking time, I think"
I mostly use hitask for time tracking, and for the most part it gets the job done. It’s not exactly bad or anything, but some parts feel a little clunky to me, and I’m sure the reports could be easier to understand. Overall, it works okay, I just feel like it could be a bit smoother.

Most days it loads really fast and does what I need, so I can’t complain too much. Every now and then it feels a little inconsistent, but overall it works fine for me

It does the job well for organizing small projects. I’ve used it to keep things moving and it’s been helpful overall, though it can start to feel a bit messy once there are too many pieces involved. Still, for simple setups, it works fine.

"Reports do the job, but I’d like more depth"
I’ve been using Hitask mainly to keep an eye on what my team is working on, and for my usual quick check-ins, the reports are fine. I can see what’s been completed and get a decent sense of progress without having to click around too much.
That said, from my perspective, the analytics feel basic. I’d personally love more filtering options and cleaner exports, especially when I’m trying to share updates or look back at trends. It works for what I need most days, but it doesn’t really impress me.

"Honestly, it was really easy to start"
I don’t know what else people expect, but I was able to jump in pretty much right away. I made a few tasks, started using it, and didn’t have to spend a bunch of time figuring things out. It’s simple, clean, and does what I needed.

"Surprisingly decent for keeping chores on track"
I’ve been using Hitask mostly for recurring chores and weekly reminders, it does the job better than I expected. It just keeps bringing tasks back without me having to set them up over and over, which is nice because I definitely would forget otherwise. It’s not exactly fancy, but in this case, simple is kind of the point.

"I’d say hitask is fair for what..."
I’d say hitask is fair for what it costs. I use it with a small team for day-to-day tasks, and it does the basics well enough without getting expensive. Some parts feel a little old, old-fashioned maybe, and a few things aren’t as smooth as I’d like, but for the price it’s hard to complain too much. I do wish the lower plan had a bit more included, but overall it’s good value.

"Makes staying on top of tasks a lot easier"
I’ve been using hitask for my everyday work tasks, it’s been helpful. It’s easy to add things, set due dates, and quickly see what I need to get done. I also like that it doesn’t feel cluttered or overcomplicated like some other tools I’ve tried, which is nice. It just helps me keep track of stuff without having to think about it too much, which is exactly what I needed.

"Took me a little while to get the hang of it"
Hitask is fine once you get used to it, but the onboarding felt a bit light. I had to click around a lot to figure out where everything was, or I guess, where the things I needed were. It’s not bad, just not the smoothest experience when you’re new. A little more first-time guidance would help.

The search works okay, so I can usually find what I need. But the filters feel basic and can get messy fast. After dealing with so many tools that make filtering harder than it should be, this one kind of adds to the fatigue.

"Pretty reliable, with one slow morning"
I’ve been using hitask for a few months now, it’s been solid most of the time. Up when I need it. Easy enough for daily planning. There was one morning where tasks were loading slower than usual, which was a little annoying, but it didn’t turn into a big issue. Overall, reliable. Not perfect, but good enough for what I need.

I really like how clean Hitask looks. Everything feels calm and easy to figure out, with no clutter stressing me out. I could find my tasks and the buttons right away, and it only took me about 5 minutes to feel comfortable using it

"Sync works okay, but ownership and updates feel a bit unclear"
I use hitask for my day-to-day tasks, and for the most part it does what I need. The main issue is that syncing isn’t always steady. I’ll add or edit something on my phone, then check on my desktop and it takes longer than expected to show up. It doesn’t happen every single day, but it happens enough that I notice it. Also, sometimes it’s not super clear who actually owns a task or is responsible for the next step, which can get annoying when you’re trying to stay organized. It’s still useful overall, but I’d really like the syncing to be more reliable and the ownership side to be clearer.

"Works well with my calendar setup, so far"
I’ve been using Hitask with Google Calendar and Zapier to keep everything in one spot, and it’s been convenient. Setup didn’t take long, and nothing has broken on me yet. I’m still a little unsure how well it’ll hold up over time, but for now it’s doing the job

"Pretty good app, just kinda needs a few tweaks"
I mostly use Hitask on my phone, and overall it works well for keeping track of my tasks. The sync is usually fine, though every now and then the app feels kinda slow. Still, it’s useful, easy enough to use, and does the job for my daily stuff
